                                              I am a postdoctoral associate at MIT, working on nanoscale morphology control of carbon nanomaterials for thermal photonics with Profs. A. John Hart and Brian Wardle. Prior to joining MIT, I did my PhD at the Univeristy of Tokyo, focusing on the microscale morphology control of carbon nanomaterials for innovative solar cells.

Our collaborative work with Vanderbilt University on friction force of carbon nanotube forests has been published on Scripta Materialia.

Our proposal for MISTI (MIT International Science and Technology Initiative) Global Seed Fund has been approved. This project aims at growing collaboration between my previous lab, Maruyama Lab at The University of Tokyo and my current lab, Hart Lab at MIT. The title of the project is "Design and Manufacturing of 3D Single-Walled Carbon Nanotube Photonic Crystals for Innovative Solar Cells".
